If you've got the $$ I dont see why not. They do very different things and it always helps to have more than one way to see whats under the water as far as Im concerned.
Check for posts by Lwinchester2. He has at least 3 or maybe 4 transducers on his trolling motor. If you are motivated, there is always a way :)

Why am I hanging out here when I could be fishing.....
I had the 360 before panoptix. Didn't feel it was earth shattering. I also didn't like leaving it on my boat. Pita to take on and off. Stayed in my closet more often than not.
What's your preference between 360 and Panoptix...?
Panoptix...hands down
