    bleeding trailer brakes

    Hey guys what pump should I buy to bleed my trailer brakes.

    All you really need is a screwdriver. Takes a little longer than a power bleeder, but not bad at all.
    If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
    nothing else matters.​

    never thought of it on hyd trailer brakes. never had a trailer with them...be very interesting

    This is all you need. It's easy. Get some clear tubing to put over your bleeder valves. Run the tubing UP to clear jar in a place you can see from the front of your trailer. Fill jar with brake fluid to cover the end of the hose. This will keep the air out. Fill master cylinder. Pump master cylinder several times to build some pressure. Open bleeder valve. Pump master cylinder and continue to add fluid. Keep doing this until nothing but clear fluid is filling the jar. Close valve and do the same procedure on the other side. Always start on the side furthest away. Top off the fluid level and your done..
