    All black buzards

I've had farmers tell me to pop them if I see them, they're terrible around here. I'm certain they're protected like the red headed breed. These things are mean as hell, anyone else deal with them?

I know a farmer who had them peck 3 of his calves eyes out. He called the DNR and they said you can't shoot them and to cut down their roost trees so they leave. As if they won't find another tree LOL. I know another farmer who shoots every one he sees. If I had livestock and had to deal with them (black head buzzards) I know what I would do.
