I have a 24 Raker I'm trying to sell if interested. I'll make you a good deal on it so you can send out and get worked if need be. Just PM me and let me know.

As stated above, i would start with a 25 renegade at 3.5" Below Pad and go up from there. May want to give a 26 raker a try or a 25P raker 2. Is it an Evinrude 200 HO? What lower unit does it have a lightning or magnum? The lightning will be a mile or two faster. You should expect a 68-70 mph GPS speed fully loaded if setup correctly, maybe more if you have the HO. You have probably one of the best stratos's made by the way!

I don't believe it's a HO. I think it has the lightning gearcase.

Ok that's good, do you have a pic of the boat and motor? I know a few 295's with 6" plates, 200 carbed Johnsons/Evinrudes that run 25 gades and will run 70 with a light load consistently. There were a lot of Stratos's around central Fl in the late 90's/early 2000's.

Run it with a 26 raker and I'm running 6000rpm at 68 and have more trim what do you recommend?

Thats close to where it should be. If your motor can turn the 26 to 6000, I would get a 27 renegade, maybe drop your rpms to 58-5900 and get you lifted a little more. Where is your motor at?
