BFHP was probably the most updated site for water temps. There were several guides that posted reports and listed the temps. It was shut down recently though. There's not a site that has water temps that I know of. TVA is the only site that I know of that has any sort of up to date anything about the river, and its just releases (scheduled and hourly) and levels.
