I wanna rebuild my blow off valves. Over 400$ for a new ones is a little steep. I'm planning on replacing the diaphragm (347244), spring (0348820) and the two O-rings (0354731). Do I need to replace any more parts ?
Plunger (0347238)? blow off seal (0347245)? Thanks

I've been told to glue the seal to the plunger....I can't imagine replacing it if it's not deformed in some way....

Mike his blow off valve is different than the ones used in the early Ficht motors. Got Twins I would replace the blow off seal as well and inspect the plunger.

Ok while waiting for the parts I removed one of mine and tore it apart. I can't glue the seal to anything because it stays attached to the frame while the plunger gets pushed away from it (pretty sure). The thing is 13 years old and looks Brandi new inside. I'm regretting even taking it apart but couldn't be sure there was no debris until ya look I guess. I'm replacing the seal, the spring,
diapram and the one O-ring that will seal the side I opened. Thanks guys !!
