Anchor cleat for aluminum bay boat

I have a 20' aluminum bay boat (Xpress) and need to install a cleat on the bow to tie off an anchor. This will be used on lakes and bays in AL, GA, FL; not offshore unless its very calm. I have limited access underneath the deck. I'm looking at a model 331 Quick-Cleat.http://www.quick-cleat.com/series-30...1-4-3-8-lines/ Would this be suitable? There is also a Cam Cleat that I'm looking at. Other than those two, I could get a fold-down or pop-up cleat. I will welcome your comments.

I don't have any experience with that particular cleat, but personally i'd just go with a traditional fold down cleat in the front (mostly just because I know they work and have no experience with the one you showed) but as long as you have all stainless hardware for it, you shouldn't have an issue. I'd recommend the backing plate for it as well since that anchor rope can put alot of stress on that aluminum under your cleat.
