BCB put a video on their Facebook page that (I'm pretty sure) has some quick shots of the Lynx during design, and (possibly) the hull being pulled from the mold. It is a big boat.

I find it hard to believe that the price will be comparable to a tin boat...nor should it be, but that would be great!

Their is a brand new 2016 Pantera II with 200 Pro XS loaded and it is reduced to 42,999. I am guessing the new Pantera will be in the middle to high 40's. I do not know of any aluminum boats in the 18-19 foot length selling that high before. I hope they do but. good luck either way.

I think they were shooting for low 40s from what I've read over the course of a few months. Base rigging would be with a 150 with max of 200. My guess and this is speculation only is the new Classic is going to be similar to the Margay but about 2' longer. 19 1/2' long or so with a more beam forward design. Like I said , just speculating. Exciting times ahead.

Just found out that I won't be able to make the classic. Super bummed but I'm sure you boys will take plenty of pictures and let the "cat" of the bag! No pun intended!

I was wondering the same thing Topgun, since the Lynx is obviously going to be a little heavier than the Puma/Cougar if the horsepower rating was going to be higher. You know Rick is not going to allow a Basscat to be slow.

I kind of doubt the Lynx will be 4" wider than the Caracal. My bet is it will be the same width. Maybe 4"-10" longer.
