Another oil bath to grease hub question

Changing from oil bath hubs to grease hubs on my 2006 Marine Master dual axle trailer....and have a few questions I can't find answers to after searching.
1)......Inner seals. Are oil bath inner seals and grease inner seals the same....as in lip material.?
2)......Site window cap.....thinking of adding bearing buddies......are the oil bath caps screw in or knock out/in?
    3)......BEST marine grease to use.?
4).....Any tips or more info I need?
    Thanks in advance.

    1) Yes
    2) Knock off, just need the right diameter BB
    3) I like Lucas Marine, but can't say it is the best.
    4) Just make sure you get grease back to the rear bearing.

Sight window end caps on my TDE turbo lube axles are threaded and screwed in.

These are the GOLD series UFP oil bath hubs. I am hearing knock off....not threaded and screwed in. YES?
