Been watching some videos on it. Very affordable and seems pretty accurate. May have to make it my new toy.

I'd love one of these rifles. I just don't have a place big enough to justify that kind of range. The topography of my area limits long range shots. A big field around me is 400 yards across. 7 rem mag or 300 win mag is about as big as one needs around me. If I were out west, I'd definitely have a 338 lapua.
"Anyone shooting the savage 110 338 lapua?"
Why the hell would they be????!!! Oh, nevermind, i forgot you shoot turkeys with 3.5's
Not the Savage 110 but I've fired a few Lapua rounds in my day. Amazing range and energy at impact. Not a round for the faint of heart. And it's not a round you're gonna shoot a lot of. At $2-5 per round it gets expensive.
Skip the .338 lapua crap Brandon.....if you are really serious about going AT&FrikkinT on chat.....and you are reloading your own stuff now.......Look hard & serious at Cheytac (Cheyenne Tactical loads).
.375 will have you about crapping yourself @ 1000 yards. The .408 will get you to 2000 w/o trying (as long as you do your part). the .375 is a bad ass round though IMPO!!!
Both of these were originated of the old British .505
Or go Balls out for a .416 Barret
screw price tag.....your doing Telegrams at 3000 Feet per second Baby!!!!
My bad.....I didn't know see were talking "budget" LD here
Not sure you can say budget & Lapua in same sentence and it be prudent
