    New member of the g3 family!!!!

    Got a g3 eagle 170 PFX with a 70hp. It should be here in 2 weeks. How fast should it run out of curiosity? This is my first g3 by the way

    My Sportsman 17 with a 4 stroke Yamaha 90 runs 41 so I would imagine yours should run around 35 depending on what prop and how its loaded.

    Congratulations! I have a 2004 1756dlx, I've added storage and rod locker too, 50hp 4 stroke. Run 30mph, gps. Stock prop.

    In my opinion a steer stick boat is just a all around boat. It's probably mainly built for panfishing but i mainly bass fish but I will do plan on doing some panfishing but when I bought it I was wanting something I could bass fish out of but also something I could go frogging out of also and a bass style boat just didn't seem realistic. So to me the stick steering was the way to go and also my dad started me fishing out of a stick steering boat so I've always wanted one. The g3 stick steering boat I got has more storage than expected. That said it don't have the storage of a bass boat but it does have enough to get the job done. Hope this helps skunked again
