    Question on water pressure

    Serial: 2B413262 mercury 150L fourstroke
    whats the minimum water pressure at wide open operation? Just purchased the motor today and was wondering. Thanks for the help!

    my 2012 150/4 book says at 650 rpm idle 0.7-4.4 at 5800 rpm wot 11.6-43.5 with the newer style electric sending unit gauges on the Ranger I didn't see very good readings on new boat. I changed the electric sending gauge to a standard gauge and seen a big improvement in numbers, i have seen several posts saying they didn't think the newer gauge's were very good IMO. IF not sure and you have a Smart Craft gauge look into a sending unit for the Smart Craft gauge run about $60 or so.
