I have a lot of spider cracks in my lids from where my boat was broken into when the previous owner had it, and some of the compartments have nicks in them. So I am going to take my dremel and a grinding head cut the cracks like a v then pack in with new glass, sand till level and then paint. is the proper way to fix them? What kind paint should I use?
