    upperbay this time of the year?

    How is the upperbay this time of the year? Frozen?

    If I were to go fishing up there in a few weeks where would you recommend i go?

    I drove around a few boat ramps today on the Sassafras. There was just a thin layer of ice no big deal. I would recommend fishing around on the North East though.
