    Wateree Bound From W-S, NC

    Making trip to lake from Winston-Salem area. Been to The Wateree many times in the past many years but this time going to Bass fish. Family from Camden and connections with the RiverDeck Restaurant in Beaver Creek on the lake. Like to have some info on what might be a good bait technique to use during this time of year. Thanks.

    Caught a few Friday afternoon. Mid lake area, all bites came on either a jig or bladed jig fished slow and shallow around clumps of dead grass.
