    No power to dash

I went fishing yesterday and gassed up on the way. I watched my fuel gauge as I pumped gas. Got to the lake and turned my main breakers on and backed the boat in. Got in the boat and my dash is dead and fuel gauge fell way below E. Turning the breaker off doesn't fix the fuel gauge. My dash has switches instead of push button, tried them all and my Nav lights caused a relay to buzz behind my tach. I pulled my windshield / top console at the ramp and all I could see was 1 relay (buzzing) buried in wires down in the middle of the dash, inaccessible. The power terminal strip under dash has 12v. That's as far as I got, went fishing and decided to tear into it later.
I'm hoping it's just a bad relay? If that doesn't fix it could it be a bad NAV light connection? 2006 TR20X, thanks!

I fixed it. The ground wire came out of the crimped "O" terminal at the battery. The battery is strapped down but still moves a good bit, gotta fix the strap and snug everything down.
