Speed diff from zx200 to zx2225 to zx250???

I know this has been asked before but what is the difference in speed from a ZX200 to a ZX225 to ZX250. Really thinking of switching back to a Skeeter. I use to have a 2008 20I(really liked it) then went to a Triton and now in a Ranger. Just wondering what the speed difference is and at this point in my life cant justify the price difference in the FX model. Thanks Guys in advance on any input.

I've seen and heard the new Zx 200 High 60s even touching 70 with stock setup. 225/250 about same speed 73. Thats a normal setup.

I'm breaking in my 2017 ZX200. I've got a picture on my phone showing 69.7. That's with the tank full and boat empty. Just my 250 lb self in the boat and I have dual powerpoles. I can drive it as fast as I want with zero input to the wheel so I know I can play around with setup later.

ive had a zx250 and a 20i and both had 250 Hpdi's on them. For the 4-5 mph I am missing, I really like this boat

Jamie you are welcome to drive my 16 ZX200, mine will run 70.5 with 2 people 370#, full of gear, 3/4 tank of gas, wells empty. I couldn't get that speed without a hyd jack plate. I don't have power pole either.

My 99 Zx202 would do 71. But here is the important thing to remember, the 225 and 250 you wont have to run wide open to get the performance of the 200. This means better gas mileage.

Going off the performance bulletins and experience they are just about equal at 70mph. Also the 200 SHO runs on 87 octane while the 225/250 is 89.

I have a 2016 ZX 225 with a hydro jacker and two power poles. It easily reaches 70 mph. and handles like a sports car in the turns without much effort ...60 mph u turns with one hand on the wheel man...simply an awesome boat at any price...given the ZX model costs a lot less than most of the competition.. I have owned several more expensive boats that do not perform as well as my Skeeter does. Simply put...buy one!

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Im came out of an FX21 and into a ZX225. The fishability, ride, and handling are better than the 2010 FX21 I had. It doesnt have all the bling as an FX boat but I couldnt be happier with my ZX225. Its an awesome boat

Got to 74.5 yesterday in choppy water and full tournament load on my '17 ZX250. I don't generally run that fast but got to a wide open section and let it eat. The most impressive thing for me though coming from a 200 2 stroke to a 250 4 is the hole shot and mid range power. It gets on plane so fast and just launches from there. Couldn't be happier with the performance.

Depending on how you load your boat and conditions, all three of these rigs will average about 70MPH. I have seen ZX 250's only running 68 and I've seen ZX200's run 71...Load, Conditons, and setup has alot to do with it.

'15 ZX250 as much tackle and rods as it will hold with less then a half tank of gas and my 180lbs will run 74ish. Same load with my partner and full wells 71-72. I just sent my SHO 25 T1 prop to Mark Croxton for a blueprint and balance. It will be interesting to see if I can gain anything at all

My ZX225 ran 75+ right off the lot. I have gotten more after a little tweaking. I'd say the ZX225&250 are 5-8mph faster than the ZX200 on average.

Mark will disagree with me, but I think you would be better off sending him a 25 Tempest to work. The SHO prop is very good out the box. I doubt you will see much improvement.
