    Thumbs Up Power Pole customer service

    Just called and talked to power pole about needing a couple of new washers for my pole attach and pivot points, this is an old pole. They are sending me a complete kit to replace the hardware. When I asked the price I was told there was no charge and it would be covered under warranty. You certainly couldn't ask for better support and customer service. Customer service like this is why I don't have to question what I will get when I want a new system!

    I was just in the process of switching a power pole to my new boat. For some reason the blue line seems to swell over time. I could not put the new ferrule on the blue line. I talked with the live chat with them and no question asked they are sending me a new blue line and ferrules. Even if i am in quebec, canada no problem. Their customer service is really really good and im very proud to have these power pole hanging on my transom for this reason all all the other benefits. Just wanted to share with you guys.

    I agree, the best customer service I have dealt with on anything to do with a boat!!! I have had a couple of issues through the years and without fail, they have gone above and beyond the call to help me. Customer service like that deserves to be recognized. Thanks to all the good folks at Power Pole for the great customer service!!

    Every time I talk to them I am blown away by how well they treat me. I was even using the instant chat one Sat night trying to pair mine with my phone. Guess what? Couldn't figure it out, got a call Monday AM, new boards at my door by Friday. These guys are simply amazing!
