    Milk scam rebate.

Don't know how many of you have heard this, but some dairies killed off thousands of cows to artificially inflate the cost of milk and dairy product.
There has been a class action suit and here is the link to get some of your money back, you can get up to $70.00 .
I remember when the prices got jacked up a while back.

I thought this sounded fishy, but it seems legit. My state doesn't qualify.

    8.99 a gallon in HI

There is also blame on the cost of corn also, because of ethanol is competing for it.

File your claims if you want, but if you do not have direct experience with production agriculture, try to keep the generalizations to a minimum.

    AH,.....YES......Class Action Lawsuit.

Making Lawyer's richer for decades while we all get $10-20 after it's all said & done.

So.....when there was a shortage on Feed Corn & some cows were staving (to a certain degree). Some were diseased as well. So you would rather have Diseased Milk instead of a Dairy farmer putting them down do to this?? but it was a conspiracy to drive price of milk up.......REALLY??

WOW....I'd be willing to bet that not many people (in general) have ever been around a dairy farm & how it works, and the FEDERAL & State regulation that is involved in running one.

Gimme a break here......and I live in a "Conspiracy" state as well......I have paid $3 a gallon for as long as I can remember. Sometimes was on sale for $1.99, but was getting close to expiration date. I paid as high as $3.99 per gallon back when feed corn was through the ROOF........wanna blame Dairy farmers for driving that up as well........let not put any blame on Federal programs for Ethanol production here either.

    Where does the crap stop??

Looks like Texas doesn't qualify but I still wouldn't file if it did. If the dairy farmers wanted or needed to make a little extra money to keep producing then I'm good with it. Milk is on thing I will not go without regardless of the price.

nope......Attorney's get to keep it due to time frame. As long as they get enough people to sign up, they can proceed (according to laws).

The Experian lawsuit was the same way....I got caught up in that one.....what a Joke.

Out of a potential 52 mil as a possibility in settlement overall......What percentage do you think the Firm handling the case gets to keep no matter how many register........thin BIG numbers here.

Milk's been $1.29 a gallon here lately, and well below $2 for a year or more. Can't remember when it's been this low. Some cows must have been resurrected.
