Knock on wood, but the way our winter is going, we could be out there pre-fishing on Indian this weekend! Big girls will be ready to dance by April 22nd.

(Or April 22nd might be ice-out, heh heh....)

Hey Jimmy About 10 days ago we had 25 I think. I have not checked with the guy keeping track of that recently. Still time to get in before the April 1st deadline for the drawing for the 1st place boat and $100.00 entry fee back.

Unless you sent your entry in super early, your number is not likely to be below 10, but it also likely won't be above 30-35 if it's been in for a while. In recent years, pre-registration always seems to be in the 30-40 boat range, then the day before the tournament another 15 boats enter, then the morning of the event another 40-50 boats show up. Really good payback at the 90-100 boat level, and as always, a very well-run tournament. Forecast looks favorable, in the mid 60s, so the timing should be excellent for a strong bite!

You can fish by yourself, too, with 5 bass limit. Just in case.
