Looking to replace the original push button Control Panel

I know the push-button control panel was an issue for many of the boats. I've had mine short out a few times when wet. I'm looking for ideas to replace the current (original) panel with waterproof switches that will not short out.

So far this 8 position panel looks like it may work, but the original panel has 10 position.
