    Mounting iPhone 6Plus In Boat

Anyone got a mount in their console area they'd recommend for a cell phone, specifically an iPhone 6 Plus? I guess a Ram mount is what it will have to be. Got the crazy idea I could use Navionics on my phone for map and not have to split the screen on my Helix 5.

I thought about doing that. Until I dropped my phone in the lake last summer. $250 'whoops'. It stays in the coin box now.

Not a great idea, sitting out in the sun it will overheat very quickly. Find some way to cover it up when fishing.

Check out the Texel Web Grip mounts. Very secure, and the price is great!
