Will adding a foil void my warranty?

I have a '16 115hp Fourstroke and was thinking of adding a Chris Bailey foil to stabilize it at WOT. Question is, will it void my warranty? I haven't been able to find it in my manual.

Warranties cannot be "voided" (see the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act of 1976, as amended).

They CAN however, deny claims where your alternation or add-on "contributed to, or caused the failure".

Also, be sure to review the Warranty Section (and EXCLUSIONS) in your Engine Owner's Manual.
