    Onix backup question.

My unit went back to default settings the other day and I have no idea why. Good strong battery with good connections. I am going to start backing up all my waypoints after every trip. It takes over 10 minutes to save my navigation to a sd card. Is this normal? Is there a way to just share waypoints only? Thx

You must have several thousand waypoints.

I just have a few hundred and it takes four seconds to export the data.

I fish Toledo bend and Sam Rayburn a good bit and I do have a good many on map cards and boat road chips, but I think it's less than 3000 total. I am wanting to try to break them down onto individual lakes and just load them for that day but ot still takes a tremendous amount of time to download and up load them. Any suggestions

That's a lot faster than mine. Any suggestions on speeding it up

Perhaps writing performance of your SD card isn't capable of faster speed.
What brand and model # card are you using?
