What side should u install my new Talon on?

Hey all, I would like opinions on what side I should install this Talon on my z118. I'm only going one Talon, I have the ladder on the port side. My 24v TM batteries are also on the port side and cracking battery on the starboard side. I would like to install on the port side, however, I still would like access to my ladder if possible. Thoughts???

Mine is on the port to help off set my fat butt and the heavy g31 cranking battery. If you want the talon as far forward as you can get it you will lose the use of your ladder. You can angle it back and still use the ladder but risk holeshot issues. I never really tested that. It's also easy to turn around quickly to make sure it is up.

Im still able to climb in the boat without the ladder so it wasn't a concern for me.

Not sure about a Z118 but I can still use my ladder on my z20 with a talon on the port side

I will mess around with it and see what works I guess. They ladder is there so why not make it accessible.

Nothing wrong with putting it on the driver side.
