Appears to have came from bottom up with a lock nut on top. Please advise style and dia . I don't want to force something. Thanks Joe

Was there not a bolt and nut on it before you installed the new components? Along with the steering link?

A 3/8" shoulder bolt should work with a SS washer and nylon insert lock nut.
