    Got a gauge on it today.
    Idle=35psi
    Cruise (3/4 throttle) @3500-4kRPM=20psi
    4k+(full throttle)=10-12psi
    I do have a video if that helps.

    Problem is one of the following:

    -Inadequate fuel supply in the VST
    -Restricted INLET screen to fuel pump
    -Weak Pump (or leaking pump outlet seal)
    -Pressure Regulator Problem (least likely).

    Did you get pressures at 15/30/60 seconds after shutdown (also)?

    How would I go about checking those symptoms? No I forgot about that part but the time I did look after shutdown it was holding pretty steady around 30-35psi @15sec if i had to guess but I can check again tomorrow.

    Portable fuel tank, line and bulb, connected directly to the pulse/diaphram fuel pump (and a fresh fuel filter) would be a good starting point.

    This will allow you to say the problem is "inside" or "outside" the cowling.

    Went out today and on the way back in I went to test it, and I was able to go full throttle without any hiccups. Got it up to 52mph @5200rpm. Did it multiple times to make sure and she opened up all the way. Haven't a clue on what was the problem.

    I'm sorry..what?
    ive noticed when I go full throttle it seems like there is quite a bit of tension at full. Almost feels like it's binding somewhere and doesn't want to let me lay the throttle flat.
