Security system

When I press the security button on my 2016 cougar it flashes and won't go on??
all the compartment are closed
power switches are off only breaker in back is on

BC generally does not discuss the security system on open forums. Call the factory and speak with the service department, they should get you going in the right direction. 870-481-5135

Sounds like a door switch is open as you must know how to arm it.

With security light flashing go to each lid and push down one at a time while watching light and listen the one that turns it to solid light will also beep horn is the culprit switch/compartment. If none change it then check to make sure lights work in each and every box.no lights = no alarm either. Good luck hope this helps

Also drop a camera on video in each box to see if one is staying on.
