I've been receiving call from owners who would like info on attending this years rally, "first timers" who are in need of lodging info. Here's a quick reference guide:
Terrace View Resort and Marina. This is our "official location". It is now booked up. http://www.terraceviewmarina.com/
Arrowhead Resort. http://www.arrowheadresort.com/ This is in the back of the bay from Terrace View. They have motel rooms, cabins and a campground. Call and ask for Louanne and mention you are coming for the Allison Rally. They have a restaurant open for breakfast lunch and dinner and the food is great. I know they accept pets in the campground but not sure about the cabins or rooms.
Whites Creek Marina and Lakeside Resort. http://whitescreekmarina.com/ The entrance to Whites Creek is right across the river from the entrance to Terrace View. CAll and ask for Matt and mention the Allison Rally. I do believe he will accept pets at no charge. Various rooms and rates. no restaurant but real nice place. big tackle shop. Getting back into the resort requires close attention to the channel markers. Pay attention the first time running out and use that trail going back in.
Those three mentoned above are all within a few minutes of each other by water. By land Lakeside is a bit further maybe 15 minutes by car. Arrowhead is less than 5 minutes by car.
Over on the other side of the lake we used to stay at Euchee Marina and Resort and they are still taking reservation for the rally. Motel rooms and camping. http://www.eucheemarinaresort.com/ CAll and ask for Christy.
If you need more options let me know on here and I will post the cabins and campground locations near Euchee.
My advice is to go on google maps or google earth and pull up the locations I listed to see exactly where they are and get a feel for where they all are in relation to one another.
