Help Needed with 294 Evo Digital Gauges

Hello from the 'other' side of the world.

Took delivery of my new 294 Evo recently - it came on a nice little boat ride through the Panama Canal and across the Pacific.

It's pre-rigged for E-Tec, but my dealer fitting the (new) outboard is struggling to get the digital gauge (the OEM Stratos ones) to talk with the motor.

Is there a downloadable manual anywhere for these gauges?

    The motor is an Evinrude E-Tec (E200HFLFCR ser# 05208682, 2/08).

It seems like the gauge (the same as the one pictured in the Gallery of the 294 Evo on the http://www.stratosboats.com site) has BRP input plugs in the back, but is running SmartCraft licenced software. It shows a startup fault "SC Licencing error". It seems to be running the software version 111157V01/10. Other numbers which come up are 06242007-MSMCR.

Anyone have any helpful advice? There's no doucmentation supplied with the boat.

    Cheers!

Call David at my warranty counter to get the correct sequence to get it to recognize the ETEC. It's a series of button depressions for each individual manufacturer.

    Todd,

Done and done! David emailed me the simple instructions.

Appreciate the service from this side of the world. If I can ever repay the favour, just sing out.

    Cheers!
