    What size Jackplate would you recommend for TR 186 - Tiny little 115 HP Optimax

    Until I went to a 175 HP, I had my 2000 TR-186 with a 115 Yamaha on a 6" jackplate and got acceptable overall performance out of a 3-blade 19 pitch Solas and also a 3-blade 21P Laser II. It ran loaded with 2 persons around 42-43.5.
