I have a new prop with a pressed in hub, when I spin it there seems to be a spot where it drags. The old one had o Flo thru torque kit and has a brass spacer can I use it on the pressed in hub?

Remove the prop and rotate it 180* on the splined shaft, and re-check for rubbing. Prop hub barrels are not always perfectly perpendicular to the shaft.
I figured out what was wrong I was missing the thrust washer.
