    Favorite Grilled Foods?

Looking to mix in some fresh ideas for grilling on the Weber charcoal grill. I have done burgers, chicken, steak, stuffed peppers, wings, and even pork shoulders and butts. What other types things do you like to grill?

Don't forget the veggies ... Asparagus tossed in olive oil, crushed garlic, salt and pepper is a great start.
    Ranting incoherently

Rabbit. Going to pull one from the freezer now for tomorrow night. Roast them at 325° on indirect heat for just a bit over an hour. Marinate the little buggers in soy sauce, lime juice, and a bit of olive oil for a couple hours, toss on whatever rub makes you happy.

Got to make some more of them.

Some nice suggestions, thanks fellas! And Cliff I figured you would grill a grape if it would stay on a grill grate. Lol! Those Armadillo Eggs aren't going to be a favorite among health nuts and doctors but that is something I want to give a try.

    Keep the ideas coming

This sounds delish. May have to get the 22 after some of the bunnies in the back yard.

I got a little bunny factory going in the back yard shed. It's an automatic freezer filling machine for dirt cheap.

I just like a simple 1" thick center cut pork chop. Cook it on one side, flip it over and heavily douse it with Rendezvous dry rub.

Finish it off at the end with one of the super quality barbeque sauces.

Thanks to Cliff's suggestion I am going to give the Armadillo Eggs a try. Will report back with hopefully a photo or two and my thoughts on how it went and how it turned out.
