They turned out good for the first time trying these. They ended up the side of potato. Will make them again with some slight modifications next time.

Pork loins, kebab veggies, saltwater fish.... along with the usual suspects.
Frozen pizza.
Fresh deer tenderloin marinated just butter and salt cooked over an open flame medium rare. Can't beat it.
Taters. Dice em. Mix in butter, green onions, seasoning. Lay em out on aluminum foil and wrap em up. Set em on the grill indirect to heat. Usually 2-3 hours depending on amount.

Pork steaks with pineapple slices.
Check out these seasonings. I've used the sizzling oak steak and it's incredibly delicious. Makes a great crust on steak. I also have the campfire dust and the OMGarlic. The cheesy Italian seasoning smelled really good but I didn't get that one. I also have the Chipotle bbq sauce and it's really good too.

Ok, now I get the Armadillo egg thing with sausage. My wife has a recipe from a friend of hers in Texas that is completely different with the same name. We core medium sized jalapenos and cut them in half but not all the way through, then insert fried chicken inside...skinned and partly shredded...then close them up and wrap a strip of good thick bacon around them..securing with a toothpick or two...then soak them in a fried fish batter and deep fry them to golden brown...sorry...no egg for this one! We have also tried fresh shrimp...but the bacon has to be precooked some, tried oysters (awesome), and pork(ok)...and just plain cheese mixes (super)...give this method a whirl...and in the mean time, I give your a whirl!
Pork steaks and shrimp
Can't believe I can find a thread that didn't include wild pork. Much better smoked but I'll grill it if I don't have enough time.
Zucchini, carrots, asparagus, corn on the cob, baked potatoes, planked salmon, pizza on a pizza stone, shrimp and scallop skewers wrapped in bacon, Chicken Teriyaki and Grilled Pineapple slices, Lamb Chops

Mine is a rib eye as well. I like to marinade them in teriyaki sauce and then put a dry rub of garlic powder on them before putting on the grill. I then baste with a butter/teriyaki/pineapple juice mixture while grilling.
