What lakes in or around Kansas City have warm water discharge from power plants. I have found a few in kansas but the only one that comes up with all my searches is Thomas Hill? is that the only one in Missouri?

Montrose in Clinton, but I've only hunted it not sure when/if you can fish it.

La Cygnes lake by Amsterdam KS. I have never been there but I have some friends who used to go there in the winter and said the fishing was unreal when the weather was cold. It's a very small lake, might be worth a try.
