I have a 5th wheel trailer, and we get by with a couple of ceramic cube electric heaters (120 volt, 1500 watt). But we always have hookups.

Will you have AC power? If not, you need to look at fuel which isn't the best answer in an unvented box.

I will have Windows cracked open. I think I will have 110. But may not sometimes. So I was gonna get a 12volt last thing I want to do is wake up and batteries be dead

I wouldn't plan on getting much heat from 12V. The small Mr. Heaters are fine for warming a space, but you wouldn't want to spend much time with them on a you sure wouldn't want one on while sleeping.

A small ceramic heater will work fine if you have a power hookup ..... Some use a catalytic heater, but I don't trust them and don't like the extra moisture they generate.....If you decide to use one, just make sure you have really good ventilation.
