If you have standby mode then the update worked. Press the power button and Standby will be at the bottom.

Gonna have to give the units a few minutes to go through the linking up process. I usually start up the unit I have my transducer and GPS hooked up to first then the other unit

If it keeps glitching call them back & ask they issue you a FedEx pickup tag, let them replace it if they don't know what's up.
I don't have an older copy of v1.21 for a H10 (any variant - just v1.35) - maybe somebody here does...

Hey guys. Just thought I would give you an update on my problems. I sent both units back to Humminbird. They said the reason I am having problems is because, there is a problem with the new software update 1.350 and the smart strike card. They installed the 1.210 and told me to leave it there until they have fixed the problem. Just thought I would let you guys know. Thanks so much for your help!!!!

I would. I will say, I only had problems when they were connected together. When they weren't connected they worked fine.

Called Humminbird about the 1.350 update tech support checked with her boss,and said there's no problem they are aware of.So I will try the update when I get time.
Never do the update till atleast 6 months after its been out! I've never heard of a update never having issues.
I've never seen progress by staying on the porch ....

@ezfishn I tried Humminbird chat line this time spoke with a different person he gave me the same response they are not aware of any problems. Ezfishn do me a favor call and see if they give you the same response on the 1.350 update lol.
I updated both my H10's to 1.350 this past Friday (Feb 3rd), units networked, console unit running smartstrike card(received from Hmminbird Feb 2nd), bow unit running lakemaster. I've used them for about 20 hours or so since the update, havent see any issues

I never had an issue with mine before I sold my Helix12s. Each one had a smartstrike card in it.
Haven't been on in awhile. Just saw the posts after mine. What the.... Are they lying to me? I will be calling them tomorrow.
There are known issues with ver. 1.35 software but I still run it on my Helix models just for the Ultrex compatibility. I would revert back to 1.21 if it weren't for the Ultrex. Please let us know what you find out. Good luck.
