Recessed foot tray install help

Installing a recessed foot tray on my 1996 Nitro Savage 896. Does anybody have any pics or schematic of what's under the upper front deck?

Remove the bow panel and reach up in there and feel around.

I used my phone to take a picture acceded thru bow plate

I haven't install a tray yet but I inspected the area below with my Go Pro and its connected to my phone by blue tooth so I just watch it through my phone.

Did the same. Looked under and took some pics. Then took a Sawzall to it.

since I was cutting a square I just used a skill saw, I was shocked to find the casting was over an inch thick!.

Not everyone has a Charger . When I was a little feller ( (200lbs.) I laid in the starboard side rod locker,worked my way up and used an air ratchet to take the nuts of the pedestal base. At 250, those days are gone.
