You could put the Hydrotec phase kit on it which consists of heads, tuner, reeds, motor mounts, etc. They know how to really make one scream. I think they have an ad on the home page here.

thanks for the info i was looking at a set of heads and a tuner i am kind of new to modifing a boat motor but i have built plenty of high hp for the street and i was wondering where is the tuner on the boat go

B&WB Mag did a 'hyped up' 150 about a year ago. Phase Kit, Tuner, Heads, Reeds, etc. If my memory serves me correct they added about $5,000 and gained about 5mph.
