    Ultrex maiden voyage

    Once I got used to how to smoothly move the head. I dig it!
    spot Lock is darn near good as sex! One thing I really like is how it ramps up to high speed instead of instant on.
    Money well spent, I'm sold!

    I cant use mine until the lakes thaw out in spring. Is the spot lock pretty accurate?

    I wonder how that easy on will work when the prop is buried up in heavy weeds? Anyone tried that yet?

    works better than an anchor. No swinging on the rope hold position amazing well. Seems to work better in the wind too. I love it money well spent IMO.

    I had the chance really see how it works in the wind yesterday, works excellent. Over $2k but worth every penny!

    That should work good in the river for wing dams and higher current areas.

    Tackle warehouse emailed me and said they had no idea when they will have the ultrex in. Said when they know anything, they'd email me. Said their orders were over whelming.

    They did not charge mine yet. I ordered it on 11/27/16 during the Black Friday sale like several others. My order is still listed on their site as 'waiting' with date 'uncertain'. This notation Invoice and tracking information will not be available until this order has been invoiced was also posted at the bottom. I am sure when they come in we will all get them. Too cold to worry about it for another 3 months anyway.

    They didnt charge my card yet. Im sure I will get charged once they get them in. Im in no hurry, wont be on the water again until march. Plus saved $500 during black friday. Cant complain about that.

    Got this yesterday as well^^^^ Card has been charged. I don't really mind waiting. Could have paid $500 more to have it sit covered up till March.

    No Veggie stuff in central Texas, will be going to Toledo Bend in March there will be plenty there. I the the 36 Volt will have enough umph to chew thru whatever you might run across.

    Hearing rumors that the spot lock feature is a power hog and drains the battery. Is that true or just a vicious rumor?
