    Home Made Pizza

Wife is making pizza tonight. Home made thin crust topped with Chorizo, onions and black olives. Crank the stove to 500 and in about 8 to 10 minutes it's done. Cold Beer to wash it down

I got my pans years ago from a place that closed when the owner passed, they had been in service 20 years when I got them and yes it makes a big difference making pizza in seasoned pans.

How does one bbq a pizza? Or is it just baking over coals? Or in direct heat?

Pizza stone, parchment paper or cormeal. You should get a papa Murphy pan pizza (cowboy maybe) and try it before you buy mor accessories ...go to the cooking forum and i typed about it a little more. It's a cheap and easy way to learn.

It'd be nice to have a pizza peel to slide the pizza onto a very hot baking stone inside the outside grill.

Shop amazon for peels...I have a wood one and a metal one. I like the wooden better.

Made some a couple months ago at my in laws, on their Big Green Egg with the pizza stone. By far the best homemade pizza I've ever had!
