Is this Xpress a Good deal??? Never bought ANYTHING new... first new boat.

So i have decided to make the plunge and buy a new boat. I currently have an xpress 17' 90yamaha that is just too small for me. I am looking to get the below, but quotes have varied widely, even when the EXACT below specs are quoted. Is $29,000 too much to pay for the below, this is an out the door price. I just want to get some general feedback to see how much I can reasonably negotiate off, I am not a "screw the dealer" guy, but i sure don't want their son's college to be paid for with just one boat lol.

    Thank you, and God Bless.

29 out the door seems reasonable on that rig in comparison to other high end aluminum boats I shopped a few months ago.

You can pay that much for a few 18' 115 powered tin rigs. They might have one HDS7 or such at that price.

Yea, I am kinda looking at two things? A) is that a rip off of a price B) If that is an ok deal... how much can I negotiate off and not sound pompous, 5%, 10%, 20%.... where can I start my haggling and not sound rude.

As to electronics it will have the BASIC depth finder on it... I don't really bass or crappie fish so I only need depth and temp. (I noodle and bowfish).
