What cable will I need for my Helix

Just bought a Helix 7 with side scan. I am mounting the side scan transducer to my jackplate and want to use the glassed in 2D Lowrance transducer (currently in my boat) for high speed runs. I have been told there is a cable that will allow me to do that. If so which one do I need and is it a Y cable. Thanks as always BBC is the best! Greg

That is the cable I have been looking at. I am guessing it plugs into the back of my unit and into the Lowrance transducer cable. Do I need the Y cable as well as I am running two transducers now One for side and one for regular 2D sonar? Sorry for all the questions! Greg

Yes you need the AS SIDB Y cable to connect the two transducers to the display. The Lowrance adapter plugs into the 2D side of the Y cable.
