5 bone french pork rack
I just came home with a 5 bone french pork rack...I have never cooked one of pork before...only lamb. I am planning on cooking it on my egg of course, but would like some help on marinade options...almost tempted to go with Moho for a change...any help????

Seen those at costco yesterday. 25$ for brinned 18$ plain. I was close to buying one as I haven't done yet either.

At least look at his temps he posted. That should be the biggest thing to follow however you cook. (Pull off temp)

Thanks Clif...just took a look at the link...gonna go with rosemary and garlic seasoning with walnut oil brushed on first...and take off at 140...Ill try to get a good pic for you! Paid $13.77 for just under 3 lb roast !!!!
