I have a MG 80lb 24v tm ! when I hit the button on my foot control while near full power the motor runs very slow but after a few hours of this it started sometimes kicking in to full power but only on full power, at lower speeds it never kicked in to run right . Batteries fully charged and new ,connections at batteries are clean and tight !kind of wondering about the foot pedal and the connections there ?any ideas you guys are smarter then me !

Did you check for fishing line wrapped around the shaft?

Could be line around the prop shaft. Could also be water in the lower unit, bad brush card/brushes, or a bad module -- or a combination of all three. You do not disassemble the motor to check the module. If you want to call me Monday, I can walk you through some troubleshooting.
