    Question Were to go Bass fishing?

    Guys im needing some input on were to go Bass fishing this winter? Im thinking somewhere warm lol maybe Amistad or havasue any other place you guys could possibly recommend?

    I haven't been there in years but what about Morgan. It's a power plant lake with warm water all year.

    Google Morgan Lake in NM and get better directions than I could give you. If you go to Morgan you will need a special fishing license. I used to get mine at a pawn shop in Kirkland. Did you check into the security issues at the Morgan parking lot.

    I haven't been there in years but last I heard there were problems in the launch ramp parking lot while the anglers were out fishing. This was 2nd hand information. I haven't been there in 10-12 yrs. If it were me I would do some research on the lake and parking before going over there. But that's just me.

    Take a 2-3 week vacation and go to Florida where the toads are. I have always wanted to do that.

    No I was hoping to get a trip down there, mabe this spring if I happen to get a few days off. This weather we have been having is really given me the spring fever lol how about you guys?

    How's bass fishing in Colorado? I was planning on moving south of Denver this summer but right now it's in hold. I know it's not like Texas but are there any decent lakes around? I've heard of Pueblo, how is it, any speed restrictions? Just bought a new Bass Cat Eyra and not sure there's much use for it in Colorado.

    our state has a 45 mph speed limit. Pueblo,Trinidad,horsetooth,chatfield, we have decent Bass fishing, but not even close to what Texas has.
