Just follow the directions on the pizza. Plate setter in and if you have a way of raising the pizza up farther in the dome do it. Keep the pizza in the pan that it comes in. We do the tin pan pizzas from there. Won't cook em any other way. Get your egg stabil at instructions temp for awhile, then toss in a piece of pecan if you want a little extra smoke. Let it burn a bit to good smoke. Pizza in (doesn't need to be on pizza stone). Same instructions for popping crust bubbles and may need to spin if you have a hot side. Trust me.....you will be impressed with the difference.
