Opinions please...Travel trailer 21' with slide out..2008

The person is asking $15,500.00 obo.. I have not heard many good things about Flagstaff. We had a Forrest River Truck Camper that was not put together well. Drove from VA to MI to have it repaired when it was 3 months old..
