I have found a hull I am very interested in buying but want a verado 250 on it but the dealer does not sell Mercury so trying to get a realistic price on what it would cost to buy and have installed a verado 250 if buy hull with no motor so need all controls, motor and install. Thank you.

I would recommend getting a price from a local (Verado-Qualified) Mercury Dealer.
Rigging will vary depending on what was on the boat, what's already there, and what does or does not have to be removed. Lots of variables.
