    Thumbs Up Customer Service

    Contacted Power Pole customer service. Ask if I could buy the gasket for my foot control, as mine had broken and needed to buy a cover for my dash control. Alex said he could help me and sent me both units brand new. He told me to send both back within 30 days and there would be no charge. Received both parts yesterday, installed them and old units are headed back to PP. Great products and great customer service. Thanks Alex!
